To reach the backend setting go to Dashboard ==> Appearance ==> Customize

on click   the customize button you see your website in the customize mode. After completed these steps you need to customize your theme.

To do this, expand the Site Identity group of settings and alter the text. As you type you will see the new text showing up in the preview on the right side.
